EOC Services had already installed air conditioning in the Specsavers Opticians King’s Lynn branch, so when the administration staff moved to their current offices there was no question they would ask EOC to install air conditioning to relieve the discomfort the staff were suffering from.
The offices were far too hot and it was not possible to control the temperature which was resulting in staff complaining of being uncomfortable, lethargic and sticky all day.
The Daikin units EOC installed do not interfere with the office space and are unobtrusive, fitting in with the decor. Since the installation the working environment is much more pleasant and controllable and, the staff really appreciates the facility.
Having worked with EOC Services before, we were anticipating an easy installation which is exactly what we got. Together, the installation was planned around our working hours to ensure no disruption to our business. We found the engineers to be extremely efficient, polite and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along.
The after-care we receive is second to none; reminders of our annual inspection and the inspections themselves are delivered promptly, our maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and advice is always offered if requested.
