The Problem:
When Interagro moved to their current offices, they took over the air conditioning contract EOC Services held with the previous occupants.
The current system only had an impact on room temperature if you were incredibly close to the unit and was proving financially uneconomical.
Subsequently, as staffing levels swelled to ten, Interagro expanded the premises and having experienced the services of EOC during the intervening period, they were more than happy to continue to use them and purchase further air conditioning units.
EOC Services' Solution:
No-one else was considered for the contract because of the strong relationship between the companies.
A Daikin ceiling mounted system was installed and the company are very pleased with it.
The units look tidy and being ceiling mounted, do not take up wall or floor space. The units control the temperature in a large office environment and since the installation, and as part of the refurbishment as a whole, Ronnie Underhill stated that the ambient temperature was constant and a calming effect had been felt on the business making it a much better place to work in.
