EOC Services have a long-standing and professional relationship with Barnack and were contracted to design, install, commission and maintain the air conditioning systems. Requirements were to install air conditioning to provide both cooling and heating to the premises. Air source heat pumps were selected due to be energy efficient and have the benefit of qualifying for 100% capital allowance in the first year.
EOC Services provide Barnack Estates with a 7 year fully comprehensive warranty, aftercare service and long term service agreements. Daikin air condition systems were installed due to their reliability and length of warranty.
